Shipping Information
To which locations do you ship? What courier services do you use?
We ship to all locations in India. We use leading courier services like Delhivery Courier, Shree Maruti, Bluedart etc. The courier partner is chosen depending on the location, serviceability, costs and time needed for delivery. Wherever courier services are not available we are using India post (for certain remote parts).
Do You Ship Internationally?

How do I track my order status?
You will be notified through email once the order has been dispatched. You can then track your order from our website using the track my order option or using the AWB number on our logistics partners’ websites.
What Shipping Methods are Available?
- Standard or Free shipping - This is available for all orders above INR. 6000/- Approx. delivery time 5-10* days depending on the delivery location.
- Economy shipping - This mode is the best combination of price and shipping time, meaning it wont be the fastest but will be cheaper than the Express shipping. Approx. delivery time 4-8 days depending on the delivery location.
- Express shipping - Choose this mode if you need your order to be delivered by the fastest mode available. Approx. delivery time 3-5* days depending on the delivery location.

Where is your store located?
We are located in Pune. You will find the address at the bottom of this page. You can even find us on google maps.
(* Note - We are on 2nd floor as the address says, look up when you reach the google pin)
What are the store timings? When is your weekly off?
We are open on all days except Wednesdays. Store timings are as follows:
10.30 am to 8.00 pm, Closed on Wednesdays.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?
- UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
- EMI on Debit / Credit Cards - available on select Bank cards only
- Wallet - Phonepay, Amazonpay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money (postpaid), Payzapp, JioMoney etc.
- Paylater - via Simpl, Lazypay, ICICI Bank Paylater or HDFC Flexipay

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However in certain cases we might allow you to buy something else of the same value.
