The radiator guard is made from high precision laser-cut, cold-rolled industrial-grade steel. They are then grit blasted before powder coating to ensure the powder coat adheres stronger to the surface, thereby increasing its longevity. Finally, the powder coating provides a rust-free & long life experience.
This Honda CB500X Radiator Guard is a DIY (Do-it-yourself) kit that doesn’t require any cutting or drilling and can be installed using a simple set of tools. This kit is designed considering it can be removed/reverted to stock condition anytime easily.
