RETURN / REFUND / SIZE CHANGE POLICY:

We have provided as detailed information for all products as much as possible. Please go through the same before ordering to ensure you do not order an incorrect product. Gear & Throttle House in general do not take any returns or provide refunds. We however support customers with Size exchanges if it is mentioned on the product listing page. 

Goods once sold are not be taken back, unless:

• The product received by customer is defective or damaged.
• The product received by customer is not as per the order (wrong product).

• The product listing mentions size change is available. 
• The required size is in stock.
• The change request is done within 3 days of receipt of the product. 

In above cases, we will repair or replace the product, after inspecting & validating the claim. The decision to repair, replace or claim warranty with the relevant brand depends on the product. 

We will refund the order if:

• The product ordered is out of stock.
• We are not able to fulfill the order for other reasons. 

Refunds if applicable will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For eg. if you have paid by Credit card, the refund will be paid back to the card. 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We provide size exchange of certain products. We would request you to kindly keep the following points in mind before you make your purchase to avoid any exchanges:

• The exchange policy is valid only for purchases done through www.gthouse.shop
• Only certain products qualify for size/colour change. This is categorically mentioned on the online listings. 
• For items like riding gear, please ensure you follow the size chart on our site to avoid any exchanges due to improper sizing
• Certain products do not qualify for exchanges due to the nature of the products. For eg. Oil, lubes etc..
• Size exchange is only possible if the required size is in stock with us. 
• Return shipping costs and the courier costs of shipping another size is to paid by customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Before you request for size or colour change or return of the product, please note following points:

• Size/Colour/Return change request can only be processed subject to availability of stock of the newly requested product. 
• The product which needed to be exchanged will be only taken back if they are in unused condition, has all the labels/tags, original product packing. 
• Shipment costs for size/colour exchanges will be taken care off by the customer. 
• The replacement product will be sent only after receipt of the originally shipped product back to our warehouse.
• Customers need to notify us with 72 hrs. of product receipt for the exchange. Beyond that time, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange of the product. 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF ITS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR NOT AS PER ORDER?

If you receive a damaged shipment or package which is tampered or opened, please do not accept the package. Follow the below process:

• Take pictures & a video, make a note of the damage on the AWB / Delivery receipt copy and take the sign of the delivery person.
• Mail the details to us on sales@gthouse.shop.
• Once we receive the details, we will process & ship the replacement item within 3-5 working days.
• Delivery time to the customer for replacements will vary as per location.
