RETURN POLICY:

We have provided as detailed information for all products as much as possible. Please go through the same before ordering to ensure you do not order an incorrect product. Gear & Throttle House in general do not take any returns. Goods once sold are not be taken back, unless:

  • The product received by customer is defective or damaged.
  • The product received by customer is not as per the order (wrong product).

In above cases, we will repair or replace the product, after inspecting & validating the claim. 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We would request you to kindly keep the following points in mind before you make your purchase to avoid any exchanges:

  • The exchange policy is valid only for purchases done through www.gthouse.shop
  • Only certain products qualify for size/colour change. This is categorically mentioned on the online listings. 
  • For items like riding gear, please ensure you follow the size chart on our site to avoid any exchanges due to improper sizing
  • Certain products do not qualify for exchanges due to the nature of the products. For eg. Oil, lubes etc..

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Before you request for size or colour change or return of the product, please note following points:

  • Size/Colour/Return change request can only be processed subject to availability of stock of the newly requested product. 
  • The product which needed to be exchanged will be only taken back if they are in unused condition, has all the labels/tags, original product packing. 
  • Shipment costs for size/colour exchanges will be taken care off by the customer. Shipment costs for returns due to damages or defects will be taken care off by Gear & Throttle House.
  • The replacement product will be sent only after receipt of the originally shipped product back to our warehouse.
  • In case the requested product in exchange or return is not in stock, then you will get an online store credit of same value. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and redeemable only on www.gthouse.shop. 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF ITS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR NOT AS PER ORDER?

If you receive a damaged shipment or package which is tampered or opened, please do not accept the package. Alternatively you can take pictures & a video, make a note of the damage on the AWB / Delivery receipt copy and take the sign of the delivery person. Mail the details to us on sales@gthouse.shop. Once we receive the details, we will process the replacement item to you.
