ORDERS & EXCHANGES:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled nor they can be refunded.
- Goods once dispatched cannot be taken back completely however we do provide 1 time size exchange for certain products. Please check with GTHouse team before ordering.
- We strive for all orders to be dispatched within 24 working hrs. after receipt of order unless there are reasons which are beyond our control.
- Once dispatched the customers will automatically receive a notification of with tracking no via the email which they have entered during the order entry.
- All orders received before 9 am would be dispatched on the same day. All orders received post 9 am would be dispatched the subsequent day
- Orders received on Saturday would be dispatched on Monday as we are closed on Sundays. Same would be the case for orders received on a day followed by a public holiday.
- In case the order is delayed due to non-availability of stock, then we will call the customer to inform about the realistic dispatch date.
- If due to unavoidable circumstances the order is not shipped the order shall be cancelled and refunded. We shall credit the amount paid on original purchase to the same account used while making the purchase.
- Customers can see approximate delivery time at the time of checkout by entering the complete delivery address. Customers can choose from the various available courier options which vary in terms of delivery date & shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to change the courier partner in case the chosen courier service while ordering is not available.
- While we always try to match the requested delivery dates, the actual delivery date might vary by +1/2 days.
- In case if customers are not sure about the choice of courier partner then they can choose flat shipping rates. In such situation, we will choose the best possible shipping option.
- There could be further delay in case of out of the ordinary situation like heavy rains, floods, bad weather conditions, imposition of new state law or regulation or any unforeseen circumstances. Such situations are beyond our control & we at GTHouse will always do the best possible to ensure timely deliveries.
- If due to unavoidable circumstances the order cannot be delivered then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. Refunds if any will be in terms of store credits which the customer can use to purchase other items in future.
- While we do our best to deliver orders as fast as possible, we do not guarantee any particular delivery dates.
- We would request you to kindly keep the following things in mind before you make your purchase to avoid any returns.
- We have provided detailed information for all products as much as possible. Please go through the same before ordering to ensure it matches your requirements.
- For items like riding gear, please ensure you follow the size chart given on our site to avoid any returns due to improper sizing.

- In case of any discrepancy or defect in the product, please notify within 24 hrs of receipt of goods. We will take back the goods after inspecting & validating the claim.
- In case of returns (according to our return policy) the customer can re-pack the items properly & sent it back to us. On request GTHouse can also arrange for pickup.
- PRE-ORDERS – Pre-orders are orders for items which booked in advance (before they come in stock physically).
- The delivery dates for such orders are estimated & are subject to shipment delays, custom clearances etc which could be beyond our control.
