- We strive for all orders to be dispatched within 24-48 working hrs. after receipt of the order unless there are reasons which are beyond our control.
- Once dispatched the customers will automatically receive a notification with tracking details via the email which they have entered during the order entry.
- All orders received before 9 am would be dispatched on the same day. All orders received post 9 am would be dispatched the subsequent day.
- Orders received on Saturday would be dispatched on Monday as pickups might not happen on Sundays. The same would be the case for orders received on a day followed by a public holiday.
- In case the order is delayed due to the non-availability of stock, then we will call the customer to inform them about the realistic dispatch date.
- If due to unavoidable circumstances the order is not shipped the order shall be canceled and refunded. We shall credit the amount paid on the original purchase to the same account used while making the purchase.
We have 3 shipping options. Customers can choose from the from these 3 options which vary in terms of delivery date & shipping costs.
- Standard or Free shipping – This is available for all orders above INR. 4000/- Approx. delivery time 5-10* days depending on the delivery location.
- Economy shipping – This mode is the best combination of price and shipping time, meaning it wont be the fastest but will be cheaper than the Express shipping. Approx. delivery time 4-8 days depending on the delivery location.
- Express shipping – Choose this mode if you need your order to be delivered by the fastest mode available. Approx. delivery time 3-5* days depending on the delivery location.

*We do not guarantee the delivery time as it is dependent on many factors beyond our control, however we always aim to deliver every order at earliest.
There could be further delay in case of an out-of-the-ordinary situation like heavy rains, floods, bad weather conditions, imposition of new state law or regulation, or any unforeseen circumstances. Such situations are beyond our control & we at GTHouse will always do the best possible to ensure timely deliveries.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will be notified through email once the order has been dispatched. You can then track your order from our website using the track my order option or using the AWB number on our logistics partners’ websites.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Once the product is shipped, the courier partner will indicate a tentative delivery date. This date is approximate and may vary depending on various factors. If your order is delayed for some reasons beyond the forecasted delivery date, please connect with our team on +91 9322218637 (10.30 am to 7.30 pm) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expediting the delivery. We will do our best to expedite the delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged shipment or package which is tampered or opened, please do not accept the package. Alternatively you can take pictures & a video, make a note of the damage on the AWB / Delivery receipt copy and take the sign of the delivery person. Mail the details to us on email@example.com. Once we receive the details, we will process the replacement item to you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET A WRONG PRODUCT?
We take utmost care to ship the items correctly as per your order. However in case you do receive a wrong product or an item you did not order, please click pictures of the item received and mail the details to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the details, we will arrange to pick up the incorrect item from your end and process the replacement item to you.
