  • Warranty is available only on products sold on MRP. Products sold on discounted prices or deals will be without warranty unless specified otherwise.
  • The warranty specifically covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, user errors, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, any customization or personalization, accidental damage or the degradation of the materials that occurs after use. 

  • The warranty excludes loss, damage cost or expense of whatsoever nature, to personal property, user or third parties; directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any manufacturing defect in the product. 

  • There will be no warranty/guarantee on waterproofing of the products. 

  • For products bought via local brands/manufacturers – warranty claims will be diverted to those respective brands. We may assist you for the necessary formalities. 

  • In the case of warranty claims accepted by us, our liability will be limited only to repairing the product or offering replacement of the product if deemed necessary. This decision solely lies with Gear & Throttle House/respective brand.
