Our advanced design takes the lessons from the past and adds the technology of the future. Aerodynamic yet stable, the shell cuts through the air smoothly, keeping the rider energized and able to focus on the road ahead. The LS2 Challenger Carbon’s shell is made from our exclusive wide-weave carbon fiber for a very light, but strong shell that handles impacts while dispersing energy for a safer ride. LS2 artisans combine uniquely developed hand layups with advanced, computer-controlled technology to build the ultimate high-performance shell. LS2 uses laser technology to cut all holes in the shell with such tight tolerances that there is no need for glue or dual sided adhesives. All vents and gaskets mount with a precision fit.
The eye port gasket on the Challenger uses another LS2 proprietary technology, double injection. The thin soft outer layer is bonded in the injection process to the stronger inner material, allowing for a superior seal at the face shield. Dual, fully adjustable intake ports at the top are matched via our channeled EPS to closeable exhaust ports at the rear. When paired with our flow separator spoiler and side vents, the rider will enjoy true, dynamic airflow. The adjustable chin vent is dual-ported to assist with keeping the shield free from fog, while also keeping the rider cool and comfortable. Utilizing only optically correct Class A polycarbonate, the Challenger is prepared for battle.
The eye port is extra wide to allow the rider to see the competition at their side, whether another motorcycle or an automobile. It is also extra tall, so they can tuck-in tight while being able to see farther down track with less strain on their neck. The high performance, flat shield securely locks closed and is easily changed using our advanced quick release system. For the ultimate in fog fighting technology, the LS2 FF327 Challenger CT2 utilizes Pinlock Max, ensuring clear vision under the worst of conditions. Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05 certification.

How to choose the right size of LS2 FF327 Challenger helmet?
All helmet brands have different sizing as compared to others. Please see the size chart for each product and choose size as per the chart.
How should the helmet fit?
Your helmet should fit snugly and square on your head. Make sure that it is not tilted too far back or forward on your head. Cheek pads touch, but do not press uncomfortably. Make sure there are no gaps around your forehead or back of the neck. With the straps securely fastened, shake your head slightly from side to side and back & forth. If it moves or feels loose, then it is too big. Also remember that the inner liner will compress a little with use, so a new helmet should fit as tight as you can comfortably wear.
How are LS2 helmets as compared to other brands like Axor, SMK?
LS2 has been manufacturing helmets from quite a long time and is also used by riders in Moto3 and Moto2. Ls2 mainly scores higher in its shell design which is light weight & aerodynamic. Helmet Sizing Guide
1. To measure your head size, wrap a tape measure horizontally around your forehead as shown in the image above. Take several measurements. The largest measurement you take is the measurement to go by.
2. If you do not have a measuring tape, just take a thread or a thin string and measure it in the same way as above. Use a scale to measure the length by placing the string on it.
3. Select the helmet size as per chart closest to the measurement value. Refer size chart for each brand separately as sizing & fit of the helmet may differ from brand to brand.
