The Shima Edge WP Black Riding Boots are the ideal choice for those who enjoy city riding and short trips. Thanks to the NextDry™ waterproof membrane, you don’t have to worry about unexpected rain while riding. They have a new type of sole made with Shima ESG™ technology – diagonally profiled heel counter. It has special grip enhancing surface guaranteeing perfect road grip. Your safety is ensured also by polypropylene insole that laterally stiffens the sole and SAP™ ankle protector made of TPR, while the heel, ankle and toe areas have been additionally reinforced.
The Shima Edge WP Black features a strap that makes it easy to pull the shoe on and the innovative ATOP lacing system, which can be easily operated with one hand only. Making it even more comfortable, the Edge WP model features a special groove to help you find the right position of the foot on the footrest and reinforcement in the shifter pad area. Reflective elements will keep you visible even after dark.

Shima Edge boots are designed for urban (daily commuting). They are extremely comfortable however if ventilation is the key criteria then we recommend you to use the Shima Edge Vented version which has excellent ventilation. They come in full black colour to make them discreet.
Can I use the Shima Edge WP Boots in the rain? Are they waterproof?
Shima Edge WP Boots comes with NextDry™ waterproof membrane and offers significant resistance against rain. The boots can be comfortably used in rain.
