Description
The Shima Hero Waterproof Gloves are designed for long motorcycle trips and combine superior protection, advanced comfort and versatile functionality. Made from goat leather, the gloves guarantee a high durability and weather resistance. The SuperFabric® palm slider with ceramic Ripstop ensures you get enough protection in case of a fall or a slide. Additional reinforcements on the thumb and the top of the hand protect in key areasw. An extra wide hard knuckle protector and breathable TPR protectors on the fingers ensure effective impact protection.
Thanks to the NextDry™ waterproof membrane and waterproof fabric inserts on the top of the glove, Shima Hero WP gloves provide a comprehensive protection against rain and moisture. Flexible materials, pre-curved fingers and external seams make this glove extremely comfortable, while the elastic cuff and pull strap make them easy to put on. Shima Hero Waterproof Gloves also has reflective elements to keep you visible at night. Plus, the index finger and thumb with TouchTip™ inserts allow you to operate your smartphone without removing the glove.

Can I wear Shima Hero Waterproof gloves all round the year?
Shima Hero are waterproof gloves intended to be used during rains and winters. They are not recommended for use in summers and dry weather.
Are Shima Hero Gloves really waterproof? If I dip my hand in bucket of water wearing the gloves, will the water go inside the gloves?
Shima Hero are waterproof as per testing done according to CE standards. Also it incorporates the NextDry™ membrane which is a tried and tested for waterproofness. Dipping the hand with gloves in water is not the right way to check, as pressure exists under water and this pressure will force the water to go inside the glove. So its waterproof but not watertight and the gloves will offer high resistance to all wet weather rides.
