Description
The Shima Piston Jacket has an unique leather+mesh combo that will be as ventilated as any normal textile mesh jacket. It offers the best protection of leather & best ventilation of mesh in one jacket. Its made from combination of extensive mesh panels and high-quality natural cowhide leather. The jacket also comes equipped with external shoulder sliders and CE certified protectors on the back, shoulders and elbows. For extra safety there is also optional SAS-TEC chest protector- sold separately.
3D ergonomic construction with advanced leather elastications on back and elbows, stretch fabric on underarms along and adjustable waist guarantee excellent riding fit. Jacket features double reinforced safe seams and double layer of leather on elbows. DuoLayer Protection™ ensures additional tear resistance and protection. Extra features for lasting comfort are dry pocket, reflective panels for night time visibility. You can also connect the jacket with Shima Piston Pants using the connecting zippers (short & long).

Can I wear Shima Piston leather jacket in Indian summer? Wont it be too hot?
Yes you can comfortable wear this jacket in hot weather. The Shima Piston jacket is a combination of leather + mesh. The mesh panels in front allow high air flow just like any normal fabric mesh jacket. Also the jacket features elasticated sleeves on forearms which are breathable.
Can I wear Shima Piston Jacket in rains?
Yes you can wear in rains provided you use a good rain liner like Shima Hydrodry on top of the jacket.
